What should I add to my pocket fold wedding invitations when...?

1) About 40 people lived in the area for a least 20 years, but the last 2-5 years or so they have left, but their parents still live in the area. Is there a point in adding a map, accommodation list or directions? They have been to the church a number of times, and the reception hall is very well known. What should I add to the invitations if this is the case?

2) If most of the people still live in the area - like 10 minute drive from the church and reception -, what should I add to the wedding pocket fold invitations?

3) If they have never been in the area, I'm adding a map, accommodation list, directions and RSVP. Am I missing anything?

Thanks!!
I'm making everything myself, so I don't want to go through the trouble of making something that is not needed and is going to be tossed right away.

OK. Here is the thing. I see you are in Canada, but I am imagining that it's the same as here in the States. I go to the post office everyday, so I know some of the rules. You will want your invitations to ALL weigh exactly the same so that you can buy one stamp and use it on all of them. Otherwise, some with the additional items may end up weighing more, so you will need different postage. Kind of a pain if you ask me.

To be honest, I would just add the same thing in each one. It doesn't matter if people know where things are or if they don't. If they know where things are, then they can just toss the map.

Just my thoughts....

EDIT: OK

For #1:
To include: RSVP card and envelope with stamp
Optional: If you think these people will be staying with parents and/or family, then you do not need to include an accommodations list. No directions are needed.

For #2:
To include: RSVP card and envelope with stamp
They know the area and live close by so no map, directions or accommodation list is needed.

For #3:
Include: RSVP card and envelope with stamp
Since they do not know the area at all then you need to include the map, directions, and the accommodation list.
